Computer glitch at prime lunch time caused all orders to be lost. Customers were left waiting for food for over 30 minutes, piling up in lobby. Management did not announce the problem to waiting customers, nor did they shut down new orders until they caught up. Mass chaos, where only aggressive customers got their orders.
The reason I give 1 star is I cannot give a Zero！！！ Service is absolutely BS. Food is dirty and the environment is full of garbage. Worst Mcdonald I ever had maybe the Worst Fast food restaurant in the world.
Salad was good and fresh. Building is clean and updated. A very busy place----had to wait about 10 minutes before my salad was ready.
Sat in line waiting on my order of a happy meal, and a burger and fries, while everyone behind me got their order and left. I had to go in, and ask about my order that was just sitting on the counter getting cold. I think management needs to step up their game, and do a bit of holiday cleaning, if you know what I mean.
This has got to be the slowest fast food place around!! Accuracy is not their strong suit either!
