I had an 8 am appointment. I left there at 9:25 without seeing the doctor. Spent about 30 minutes in the waiting room before was put in an exam room. Nurse said she would be right back to get my vitals. That was a lie! She finally came back and took my vitals and then I was left in limbo until I got fed up and left! Tried to post without a rating. It wouldn't let me, so I had to give them 1 star. No stars would be a better rating.
Great place for your children health care services
The only issue is the waiting. The staff is usually very nice and willing to work with the patients as much as possible, my two boys love Dr Garma. He's always been great with them, all of the doctors their have great bedside manner.
Horrid! I've been calling and calling to receive my child's medical records to no avail. I've called the Florence location to be directed back to Manning. One day the recording said closed till 10:30 for staff development. Called at noon and 2:30 to receive the same message. Called last 2 days and the office is closed? This is a huge HIPAA violation and against South Carolina laws. If they violate my parental rights for obtaining records what other violations are they guilty of? Buyer beware.
