Will never visit this salon again. The young girl didn't get what style I want, she looks so much unprofessional. Wish the review had stars with -, I'll put -2 stars
Ridiculous.
I took my 5 year old in for a trim. Since we were going to be a walk in, I expected to wait. Spoke with a hairdresser who told me that she could cut my son's hair in about 35 minutes. No problem. I walked around Walmart with my 5 year old and 10 month old for 35 minutes. We came back to the salon and was told they were short staffed today and they didn't know how long it would be. I stated that I wouldn't be willing to wait 2 hours with a toddler in a buggy so they decided it would be an additional 45 minutes before they would get around to us. They shouldve told me that it would be close to two hours the first time I asked how long it would be instead of having me walk around with two kids for 35 minutes. Thanks but we'll be going somewhere else.
