Rip off. They always go up on their prices while telling you that they can go up or down. When they can't get money out of you, they don't make sure that they get in contact directly with you, instead, they get in contact with someone else who you don't even know and then tell you that they left a message trying to contact you. No direct calls to your phone, no message to your phone, and worst of all no mail in your mailbox. They they just let your account stay open unpaid. And they lie poorly. Only way you'll know what's going on is when the dmv (department of motor vehicles) send you a letter saying you insurance has been canceled one months ago and your license will be suspended next month, and then everyday that goes by where you didn't resolved the problem is $5 per day but won't exceed over $200.
