Worst, worst, worst experience ever all around! I took some pieces of clothing here and left them in the care of this cleaners to do what they're supposed to be in business to do, clean them! Within two services, here is what I got instead. I got back clothes that were still dirty and horribly faded; a pamphlet with highlighted areas about who is responsible (Basically blaming everyone and everything but them); and no response other than what I initiated with no follow up from the "Manager". I usually don't do this but the truth is the truth and I will never spend one brown penny in this place ever again! They don't even deserve one star but I couldn't post without at least one. If you value your things I wouldn't take them here!
Two negative experiences: One, I was in the hospital for several operations fighting cancer. Polar Bear made no attempts to contact me when my son wrote a check on an old account to retrieve clothes after I've been a faithful patron for more than 5 years. Sad, prejudicial, and petty. The second experience involves clothes lost by the business. The clothes were retrieved when I was called to some strangers home to retrieve my property. Thankfully, I inadvertently left a business card in a pocket of a suit that was supposedly cleaned. SMH
