Friendly, very busy but managed to get food out timely, food was hot, tasted good, bathrooms were clean. Drink station was a little messy, drink machine was splattered with soda.
Slowest service EVER. There were three customers, including me & husband. Took forever to get food. Not exactly sure WHY most South Carolina fast food chains are slow. All I can say is, it's service at a leisurely pace. I'd tell ya to eat before you order at ANY FAST FOOD restaurant in SC, just so you don't starve while waiting. I can't just blame it on Wendy's. South Carolinian's are NOT in a hurry. Other than that, decently clean. Friendly staff? Meh.
Slow service. Been waiting for a while. There was a line for drinks. Not letting people know about wait time. Ran out of ketchup for fries. No toilet paper and paper towels in restroom. Don't go there.
Had to wait 5 minutes before we were seated. Manager was called to handle a return, walked right past us didn't even acknowledged us. Cashier told manager that we were waiting to be seated. Waitress was very nice and helpful
The service is very slow and they be we have baked potatoes. Also one of the cashiers was talking on his telephone when we pulled upto the window...the manning Wendy's needs to be under new management
