The order was messed up. Didn't get insane wings as asked. I have been eating at Zaxby's for a long time. However, I feel this place is going down. The prices are going up steadily. The service is going down steadily. Sad to see a good place lose it's charm. My comments are not specific to this particular restaurant, but for few of the ones around I-95, Georgia and Florida.
If You like Chick-fil-A you got to love Zaxby's. Chicken is really amazing it's really fresh. Make sure to try their Zaxby sauce. They also have great salads election as well. If you haven't tried those soda machines with the endless flavors you could find that here. Great place to stop. Service was quick and bathrooms were clean.
Honestly, unless the food isn't cooked right, the order is wrong, and/or the employees are rude, you typically can't go wrong with Zaxby's. This location was no exception. Food was great! Nice and hot, and our order was accurate. The employees were nice and friendly, too.
First time Zaxby's eater.. The chicken tenders are the real deal... The signature sauce is pretty tasty. Wing sauces are very good and flavorful. The slow heat... Wings are a bit small, but overall..delish.. service was good. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean. If in the South again, I will definitely stop in again.
Above average food. Service lacks for what I expect considering their prices for a fast food restaurant. Usually have to go back to the counter bc something was missing or miscooked. The environment is nice but the employees could be more courteous and responsive. Right mow they deserve a 3 star rating but I'm sure that will improve back to a 4 star rating when turnover of the current group occurs.
