My experience with them started out great I was really excited and I really liked and wanted the house. After moving in the owners of the home didn't want to fix my heat I had to gripe and moan to get that fixed. And I was right it was actually broken although they insisted it was not!! The back door was broke moved in the home in Nov didn't get fixed until july!! There is a leak that they tackily patched up and then took them also until July to fix the rotten ceiling from the leak. Not to mention the water leak that was may be a foot of pipe and they get someone who takes up nearly 8 feet to fix it which resulted in another leak.
