We have rented several different places in South Carolina, and never had such a bad experience. We were told to make a list of all the problems and they would be fixed. Upon returning the sheet of the listed problems(after the lease had been signed) they said that the owner of the rental would not agree to fix anything. Not only that, but the yard had hazardous material, which is illegal, and would not remove any of it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They were sticklers about our part of the lease, but did not in any way hold up their end of the lease. Someone one day will will file a lawsuit against this company...I am sure of it. If you see the sign "Wilson Rentals" in the Manning SC area.....RUN!!!!!!!! The only fair statement that can be said here is "slum lords"...
